Event date: 1-5 July 2019
In 2015, our Human Rights Centre – one of the oldest academic human rights centres in the world – launched its Summer School on Human Rights Research Methods. In 2019, students will receive gold standard training in methodologies for human rights research and practice, including an emphasis on data, evidence, and methods for assessing and enhancing the impact of human rights.
“Human Rights methodology is something that’s been very much unattended to…this summer school really closes a gap.” – Professor Margaret Satterthwaite, Professor of Clinical Law, New York University.
This is an ideal course for postgraduate students, academics, lawyers and human rights professionals working in NGOs, government and international organisations.
